1. About MedSpaWise

MedSpaWise.us is a lead generation and med spa matching service. We connect consumers seeking aesthetic treatments with vetted, high-end med spas across the United States. We are not a healthcare provider, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

2. No endorsement

MedSpaWise does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the quality of any listed clinic or treatment outcome. We provide clinics with the same information supplied to us by consumers. Clinics listed on MedSpaWise have been vetted by our team, but this vetting does not constitute a guarantee of quality, safety, or suitability. All treatment decisions must be made following a personal consultation with a qualified practitioner.

3. Consumer terms

  • Using MedSpaWise is free for consumers. We are funded by fees paid by clinics.
  • By submitting the matching form, you consent to your contact details being shared with a matched clinic for follow-up purposes.
  • You may also be contacted by MedSpaWise via email or SMS as part of our follow-up service. You can opt out at any time.
  • Individual results from aesthetic treatments vary. MedSpaWise makes no representation about treatment outcomes.

4. Bookings, deposits & no-show fees

  • Some med spas require either a booking deposit or valid card details to confirm an appointment. Which applies, and the exact amount, is always shown to you before you confirm your booking and again on the secure payment page.
  • Deposits are applied in full towards your treatment cost. A deposit is refundable in full if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancelling within 48 hours of the appointment, or failing to attend, forfeits the deposit.
  • Card on file (no-show fee): where a med spa offers free booking with card details, no payment is taken when you book. By saving your card you expressly authorise the med spa, via MedSpaWise and our payment processor Stripe, to charge the no-show fee disclosed at booking to your saved card if you fail to attend your appointment without cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. This authorisation is shown to you, and accepted by you, on the payment page before your card is saved.
  • Cancelling or rescheduling is free: contact your med spa directly using the details in your booking, or email hello@medspawise.us, at least 24 hours before your appointment (48 hours to receive a deposit refund). No fee is charged where notice is given in time.
  • Card details are collected and stored by Stripe. MedSpaWise never sees or stores your card number.
  • Charges appear on your card statement referencing MedSpaWise and the fee type. If you believe a fee was charged in error, contact hello@medspawise.us within 30 days and we will review it with the med spa. We retain booking, consent and cancellation records and will use them to contest unfounded chargebacks.

5. Clinic terms

  • Clinics must be approved by MedSpaWise before appearing on the platform.
  • Clinics are charged a flat monthly fee per location as agreed at onboarding ($395/month unless otherwise agreed). Leads are included at no additional per-lead cost.
  • MedSpaWise reserves the right to suspend or remove any clinic from the platform at any time, with or without notice.
  • Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information. Profile changes must be submitted for approval and will not go live until approved by MedSpaWise.
  • Clinics must maintain the accreditation and qualifications declared at onboarding. Failure to do so may result in immediate suspension.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedSpaWise Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the use of this website, the matching service, or any treatment received at a listed clinic. Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
